PERSONALITY: Cineu is, to say the least, odd. She often finds herself alone in her own world and prefers the company of beings who cannot speak to those who can. Though she is very good at mediating and communicating, it is very tiring for her to converse with others. Even the smallest confrontation can drain every last bit of energy from her and she will need to sleep for quite a while to recharge. Sleeping is one of her favorite pass-times. She has a very gentle laugh that she gives out frequently. She believes that laughing can make anything better.

HISTORY: Cineu was orphaned a mere seven days after she was born. Her mother, sick with an unknown disease, died peacefully in her sleep while Cineu was in her arms. Her father had left her mother shortly after she was conceived for another woman. He never returned. 
    Cineu grew up in a small orphanage, living with only a handful of other children. She had a pleasant childhood, well as pleasant as it could be for being orphaned, and did her best to please everyone. 
    She started to discover her powers around age nine when the orphanage went on a field trip to the lake at the end of the lane. They all dawned striped swimming caps and swimming suits and dove into the water. When Cineu gently dipped her foot into the water, she felt oddly... powerful. From then on, she explored her connection with water and found that it not only hydrates, powers, and energizes her, but she also has the ability to control it, freeze it, and evaporate it with a simple flick of her wrist.
    Now, she lives alone in a small apartment in City 9, working as a messenger and training her powers.

She felt tired. Come on, she told herself. You can do this. She forced her feet to make their way toward the being before her. It was covered in someone else's blood and there was a sharp knife clutched in its left, burly hand. 
    "Where is he?" she demanded. "The person you killed, where is he?"
    The being smiled and took a step towards her. She now saw that it was a man. A man who appeared to be psychotic. "I don't know," he replied. "'Can't remember."
